Man charged with aggravated assault
Adrian Jairo Rodriguez, 33, Minot, is charged in district court in Ward County with Class C felony aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, Rodriguez hit a woman in the thigh and in the shin with a bat during a dispute and left bruising on her leg.
He was scheduled to make an initial appearance on the charge on Thursday before Judge Richard Hagar.
