Rodney Young, 61, Minot, is accused of threatening other people with a knife during an altercation on Sunday. Young had been drinking and socializing with a group at a private residence before the incident, according to a police affidavit.

Young made an initial appearance on the Class C felony terrorizing charge on Monday. A pre-trial conference in the case is scheduled for Nov. 23 before Judge Stacy Louser.
