Minot man charged with intent to deliver fentanyl
Matthew Dylan Park, 30, Minot, is charged in district court in Ward County with Class B felony possession with intent to deliver or manufacture fentanyl, Class C felony possession of methamphetamine, and Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia on March 23.
He made an initial appearance on the charges on March 24 before Judge Stacy Louser.
A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for April 28.
