Debora Kay Henderson, 67, Minot, is charged in district court in Ward County with Class C felony criminal trespass.

She made an initial appearance on the charge on Friday before Judge Stacy Louser, who set a preliminary hearing for April 28.

According to court documents, Henderson told police she believed she had a right to go into the residence because she had a scheduled time to pick up a child. The resident told police Henderson did not have permission to enter the residence.
