Bryce Michael Tobey, 33, Minot, is charged in district court in Minot with Class C felony terrorizing, Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct – harassment, and Class B misdemeanor harassment by making repeated unwanted telephone calls, all on Feb. 20.

He made an initial appearance on the charges on Monday before Judge Richard Hagar, who set a preliminary hearing date for April 21.
