Gregory Michael Roberts, 36, Minot, is charged with Class B felony burglary committed at night, Class B felony theft, five counts of Class C felony burglary, three counts of Class C felony theft, one count of Class C felony attempted theft, five counts of Class A misdemeanor wearing a mask in commission of a crime and two counts of Class A misdemeanor criminal mischief in district court in Minot.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, Roberts and another man, who is not identified in the affidavit, burglarized various businesses from May throughout the summer and stole or attempted to steal ATMs from May to August.

A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for Oct. 21 before Judge Gary Lee.
