Dakota College reports record enrollment

Dakota College at Bottineau has reported record enrollment for the fall 2021 semester.

According to the college, the full-time equivalent student enrollment stood at 615, up from 553 students last fall, while total headcount enrollment was up by 103 students. The university system calculates full time equivalency by taking the total number of credits for which students are registered and dividing by 15 credits, which is the number of credits a student must take to be a full-time student. Both the headcount and full-time equivalent enrollment are the highest they have ever been.

According to the college, there are increases in full-time, part-time, online and dual-credit students.
