A Food Truck Festival, sponsored by ND Strong, will be held Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Minot’s Oak Park. Organizers say it will be a full afternoon of fun, food, and entertainment.

Twenty food trucks will be stationed inside the park for visitors to choose from for food and refreshments. Bouncy castles, an escape room, and axe throwing are among the activities.

Live music will be featured throughout the day. A special attraction will be fire throwers performing their routines to music beginning at 2 p.m.

The festival was originally scheduled for Aug. 22 but was postponed due to inclement weather.
