A jury trial is scheduled for Dec. 7 in U.S. District Court for Chad Dana Borghi, 40, who was indicted on a charge of felon in possession of a firearm in October 2020, and Larry Howard Werth, 54, who was indicted on a charge of felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. Both men have past convictions for drug dealing.

The trial had originally been scheduled for July but was postponed with the assent of the defendants to give the defense more time to prepare.
