Jeremy Hull, Minot, sentenced for assault
Jeremy Lee Hull, 35, Minot, who had originally been charged with Class C felony aggravated assault, pleaded guilty on Monday to a lesser charge of Class A misdemeanor assault for striking a woman with a beer bottle during an argument on Dec. 29, 2019.
Court records show that Judge Gary Lee sentenced Hull to 360 days in jail, with a requirement that he first serve 210 days, and three years of supervised probation. Hull was given credit for 159 days already served in jail plus 23 days off for good behavior. Lee also ordered Hull to receive a chemical dependency evaluation and to have no contact with the victims. He must also pay $125 in court costs.
