Noah Grimm, 18, Plaza, and a juvenile boy are accused of physically assaulting and tasing another juvenile at the Cenex in Berthold on Thursday afternoon, according to Berthold Police Chief Al Schmidt. Schmidt said Grimm and the juvenile suspect then fled on foot and left in a vehicle. They were later identified and charged.

Grimm is to be charged with Class C felony aggravated assault in district court in Minot. He is being held at the Ward County Jail. Schmidt said the alleged juvenile assailant will appear in juvenile court.

Schmidt said Grimm will also be charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct, providing false information to law enforcement, and criminal mischief in municipal court.
