Jessica Nicole Dean, 39, Minot, is charged in district court in Minot with Class B felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia and Class A misdemeanor possession of MDMA in district court in Minot. She is charged with Class B misdemeanor driving with a suspended driver’s license in Minot Municipal Court.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, Dean was charged after a traffic stop on Tuesday.

A search of the vehicle turned up an electronic scale with suspected drug residue, a metal spoon with suspected drug residue, Q-tips, 32 empty plastic baggies of different sizes, another small baggie containing 0.43 grams of methamphetamine, and $1,952 in U.S. currency. Dean also had 1.8 grams of meth in a baggie in her purse and two MDMA pills. She also had an electric stun gun in her purse.
