Tom Carson, owner, estimated it was photographed “about 500 times” in two days. “Basically I’m just having fun,” said Carson. “I think people like that for a change with all that is going on. Everybody gets a kick out of it.” The offer is real though. While Carson put up the sign to give people something to talk about, maybe provoke a smile and a laugh, he emphasized that he doesn’t take the coronavirus pandemic lightly and that others shouldn’t either. “Some people aren’t taking this seriously. Others are scared,” said Carson. “This is hard on our nation and our economy.”
