The members of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Minot are hosting an event by Mercy Meals of North Dakota on March 21. They will have two time slots available: 9-11 a.m. and noon-3 p.m. The number of spaces in the morning session are limited, but there are more in the afternoon session.

Mercy Meals will supply the materials and training needed to make meals to be sent to the children in Liberia, Africa.

Their goal is to pack 7,500 meals as a result of both sessions combined. They are asking for a donation of $10 per person for a team of 12 people or a $120 donation for a 12 member team for one hour.
