Karma Convenience Stores offers free grocery delivery during pandemic

Among grocery stores in the Minot area that are offering grocery delivery and curbside delivery are the Karma Convenience Stores.

Karma Convenience Store is located at 600 3rd Street NE in Minot and is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., Other locations are in Surrey and in Ruthville.

Karma Convenience Stores has waived its delivery free for grocery delivery during the coronavirus pandemic. Customers must call by 11 a.m. for same day delivery, which is available from Monday through Friday in the Minot, Ruthville and Surrey communities. Groceries come from the Minot store.

Curbside and pickup delivery is available at the Minot and Surrey stores seven days a week, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

“We carry all of our customer’s needs, groceries, formula, frozen, fresh meat cut daily with a butcher on staff, as well as fresh deli and bakery daily. We accept all payment types: debt, credit, checks, cash and EBT,” said Amanda Johnson of Karma Stores in an email.

Owner Shannon Michels said the stores employ about 20 people.

The stores are also making an extra effort to sanitize stores and delivery trucks and shopping carts, said Michels.

Other stores in the area are also offering grocery delivery or pickup.
