Jerianne Wilkie, Mandan, charged with possession of stolen car, possession of hydrochloride
Jerianne Wilkie, 35, Mandan, is charged in district court in Minot with Class C felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle and Class C felony possession of four hydrochloride pills.
She was scheduled to make an initial appearance before Judge Doug Mattson on Tuesday.
According to the probable cause affidavit filed with the court, police located a stolen 2011 tan Chevrolet Cruze in the parking lot at the Minot Walmart on Saturday evening.
Wilke told police she had permission to use the car, which had been reported stolen from Mandan.
Police found the pills in her purse. She claimed her friend had given her the pills and she intended to give the pills back to her friend.
