A Class B felony and two Class C felony theft charges were dismissed Thursday against Emily Cedar Zdroik, 29, of Minot.

Zdroik’s husband, Zachrey James Zdroik, 32, pleaded guilty on Nov. 15 to Class B felony theft in connection with the case and was sentenced to five years in prison, with a requirement that he serve two years, followed by three years of supervised probation. Zachrey Zdroik’s sentence is concurrent with charges in other cases, including conspiracy to deliver methamphetamien and conspiracy to deliver heroin and criminal conspiracy to commit theft of property. Zachrey Zdroik must also pay $1,350 in court costs and restitution to be determined. Two C felony theft charges against Zachrey Zdroik were dropped.

In this particular case, Zachrey Zdroik had been accused of stealing a trailer and several brand new appliances last April.
