Patrisha Williams, Minot, sentenced to 18 months for intent to deal ecstasy

Patrisha Desirae Williams, 24, Minot, was sentenced on Thursday to three years in prison, with a requirement that she serve 18 months, and three years of supervised probation for possession with intent to deliver ecstasy on Aug. 9.

North Central District Court Judge Richard Hagar also ordered Williams to pay $1,350 in court costs. She had already completed a required chemical dependency evaluation.

Williams will receive credit for 42 days already served at the Ward County Jail.

The state dismissed possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of a Schedule IV depressant against Williams under the terms of the plea deal.

Williams was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped on Aug. 9. The driver was charged with driving with a suspended license. The search turned up a small bag in Williams’ possession with 50 ecstasy pills.
