Lori Sue Glein, 39, Minot, is accused of driving drunk on Saturday with her 8-year-old in the car Saturday evening.

Glein is charged with a Class C felony in district court in Minot.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, a caller reported at 9:16 p.m. that Glein had been drinking all day at the Original Bar and Grill and was driving south on Broadway with her child in the car.

Police stopped the vehicle and noted that the child was in the back seat of the vehicle.

Glein denied drinking but failed a field sobriety test and had a breath alcohol sensor test of 0.280 percent.

Glein was previously charged with driving drunk with a minor child in the vehicle, according to the affidavit. This would be her second offense within seven years.
