WILLISTON – A 14-year-old Williston boy was injured in an ATV crash two miles east of Williston on Saturday.

Landon Murphy was going east on a 2019 Polaris Sportsman 450 in the north ditch of Williams County Road 6 at an unknown speed, according to a North Dakota Highway Patrol news release. The Polaris went airborne off an approach and overturned, landing in the north ditch. Murphy was thrown from the Polaris. He was taken by ambulance to the Williston hospital. The crash happened shortly after noon.

The crash is under investigation.
