Jemelle Thompson is real name of man charged with delivery of heroin

A man who told police his name is Joseph Wilson is really Jemelle Antoine Thompson, 38, of Musk-egon, Mich., according to court documents.

Thompson was charged with Class B felony delivery of heroin last week under the name Joseph Wilson. He posted $10,000 cash bond and returned to the Guest Lodge, where he has been renting a room.

The Ward County Narcotics Task Force learned through record checks that Wilson’s ID and Social Security card were both fraudulent. They went back to the Guest Lodge and arrested him again.

Thompson is now also charged with two counts of Class C felony forgery or counterfeiting and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class C felony.

Thompson’s co-defendant, Heather Anne Travnicek, 36, Minot, is charged in district court in Minot with possession of heroin and methamphetamine with intent to deliver, both Class B felonies, and C felony possession of drug paraphernalia.
