Terry Beaver Jr., Detroit, Mich., charged with delivery of oxycodone

Terry Lee Beaver Jr., 19, Detroit, Mich., is accused of selling oxycodone on two different occasions to a Ward County Narotics Task Force officer on Wednesday and Thursday.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, Beaver sold 13 oxycodone pills for $585 to the officer on Wednesday and he sold 20 oxycodone pills for $1,000 to the officer on Thursday.

Beaver allegedly fled from police when they tried to arrest him.

He is charged in district court in Minot with two Class B felony charges of delivery of oxycodone and Class B misdemeanor refusal to halt.

The incident took place in the parking lot at 1315 North Broadway in Minot, according to a citation. This is the address of the Super 8 Motel in Minot.

According to the affidavit, police searched Beaver after he was arrested and found an Apple iPhone, a room key, and $95, as well as the $1,000 in Ward County Narcotics Task Force buy fund money. Officers obtained a search warrant for Beaver’s room and found $11,530 in U.S. currency, including the $500 in buy money from the Ward County Narcotics Task Force’s undercover operation on April 10.

Beaver was scheduled to make an initial appearance in district court on Friday before Judge Doug Mattson.
