Raven Elise Ware, 23, Minot, will serve 60 days in jail for her role in the Paradise Spas burglary on July 10.

Court records show that Ware pleaded guilty to Class C felony conspiracy to commit burglary in district court in Minot on Wednesday. Judge Richard Hagar sentenced her to a total of one year in jail, with all suspended but the 60 days, and three years of supervised probation. She is also required to pay restitution of $981.28 and $1,100 in court costs and to stay away from Paradise Spas. She must also obtain a chemical dependency evaluation. Ware will receive credit for 24 days already served in jail.

Ware, along with Jordan Tyler Bahnsen and Andrew Allen Schell, were all charged in connection with the burglary. Video footage showed Schell and Bahnsen gaining access to the front door of the business early that morning. One of the two men used a large wooden block to break the front window. Ware was outside in a vehicle, keeping watch as they broke into the business and watched them ride away on stolen vehicles. A 2015 Harley-Davidson motorcycle, a 2018 SSR Razkull, and a 2003 Suzuki GXR 100 were all stolen during the burglary, along with $200 in cash. Ware met Schell a few blocks away from Paradise Spas and had talked with him about the burglary. She was upset that he had not stolen a certain type of motorcycle that she wanted to learn how to ride, so he went back to the business and stole the third motorcycle. Police recovered the third stolen vehicle from its hiding place a few days later.

Bahnsen and Schell are both serving two year sentences related to this case and to others.

Ware also pleaded guilty on Wednesday to driving with a suspended or revoked license and was sentenced to four days in jail, concurrent with the other sentence, and ordered to pay $725 in court costs.
