Minot High School-Magic City Campus teacher Todd Sivertson has been placed on administrative leave, according to Minot Public School District Superintendent Mark Vollmer.

“The District has placed Mr. Sivertson on administrative leave pending a District-level investigation,” Vollmer said in a statement. “However, nothing further can be discussed at this time per school policy and North Dakota law since the investigation is still pending. The District takes allegations against staff members seriously, and we’re following our policies and doing what we can to ensure we have a safe learning and working environment. Students, staff, and the public are always encouraged to bring concerns or complaints to the attention of school administrators.”

Sivertson has 30 years of teaching experience and has been employed by the Minot Public Schools since 2000, according to his Linked In profile.
