Meeting to discuss proposed improvements to ND Highway 3 in Rugby

RUGBY – A public input meeting will be held Dec. 13 from 5-7 p.m. in the Rugby Memorial Armory to discuss proposed improvements to N.D. Highway 3 through Rugby. The meeting will use an open house format with a formal presentation at 5:30 p.m.

The project consists of constructing a turn lane at the intersection of 66th Street Northeast and N.D. Highway 3; reconstructing the intersection of First Street Northwest and Fourth Avenue Southwest; reconstructing Fourth Avenue Southwest (N.D. Highway 3) between First Street Northwest and Fourth Street Southwest, as well as improving the storm sewer system from First Street Northwest to Sixth Street Southwest.

Representatives from North Dakota Transportation Department and Brosz Engineering Inc. will be on hand to answer questions and discuss concerns.
