Matthew James Gibney, 47, Minot, is charged with Class B felony delivery of methamphetamine on Saturday in Minot and Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Gibney allegedly sold an ounce of methamphetamine for $900 to a confidential informant working for the Ward County Narcotics Task Force. The deal took place at Gibney’s trailer.

Michelle Lee Jewett, 35, who was present, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, a Class C felony, possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class C felony, and possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor.
