Minot police say they have investigated several burglaries where coins have been taken from coin-operated machines during the past few months. These burglaries have occurred mainly at laundromats and apartment complexes, according to police.

Police ask people in the community to contact the department if they see anything suspicious or know people who are involved in the burglaries.
