Minot City Council
When: Monday, 5:30 p.m.
Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, 10 3rd Ave. SW
Agenda: The council will consider additions to the federal aid project list, purchase of street department and police equipment, a facade improvement project request, a developer’s bond for future walking path construction and default on the Tracks Maverick TIF agreement. It will discuss the alcohol ordinance update.

Ward County Commission
When: Tuesday, 9 a.m.
Where: Ward County Administration Building, commission chambers
Agenda: The commission will consider a jail contract for services with First District Health Unit, purchase of highway department equipment, a parking lot update and tax payment policy. Youthworks will provide an annual update.

Minot Park Board
When: Tuesday, 5:30 p.m.
Where: Minot Municipal Auditorium, Community Room
Agenda: The board will receive a Minot Minotauros update and review the district’s employee handbook and 2026 vacation policy. It also will receive an update on the flood protection project.

Ward County Planning Commission
When: Thursday, 7 p.m.
Where: Ward County Administrative Building, Room 106/108
Agenda: The commission will hear requests for a conditional use permit for a Basin Electric communications tower in Cameron Township, a subdivision plat at Rice Lake to make smaller lots into one large lot, an outlot plat to expand a yard in Freedom Township, an outlot plat for a continued rural residence and farmyard expansion in Tatman Township, an outlot plat for continued residential use in Sundre Township, an outlot plat for future residential use in Hilton Township, an outlot plat for continued rural residential use in New Prairie Township, an outlot plat for division of land assets in Burlington Township, vacation of an alley to build a shop in Niobe-Elmdale Townships, an outlot plat for continued rural residential use and ag use in Surrey Township and the tabled Sundsbak outlot. The commission will discuss zoning ordinance amendments.
