Agenda: The council will consider a traffic signal on 37th Avenue Southwest near the new Trinity Hospital, annual alcohol beverage license renewals, Big M building bond sale, airport concessionaire contract, funding shortfall for city pound services, a consultant proposal for analyzing the city’s self-funded medical and ancillary benefits and increased engineering costs on the city hall/auditorium retaining wall. The council will hear presentations on human resources management software and the Union Silos art project.
