Minot Planning Commission

When: Tuesday, 5:30 p.m.

Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, second floor, 515-2nd Ave. SW; Channel 19 or City of Minot’s YouTube channel

Agenda: The commission will consider subdivision and rezoning of two lots west of Minot, subdivision and rezoning of a lot in southeast Minot, subdivision of a lot for a garage in northwest Minot and variance and zone change for an electrical substation in southwest Minot.

Commission members are Chairman Charles DeMakis, Todd Wegenast, Tim Baumann, Jody Bullinger, Todd Koop, Justin Hochhalter, Boyd Sivertson, Dustin Offerdahl, Kelly Barnett, Elisha Gates, Shane Lider and Tammy Nesdahl-Zietz.
