Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, second floor, 515-2nd Ave. SW

Agenda: The commission will consider requests for self-storage units in Northern Plains Energy Park in northeast Minot, to subdivide and change the residential zoning in Ramstad Heights Addition in northwest Minot, for a planned unit development for residences at Southwest Crossing in southwest Minot and for a zone change from commercial to medium density residential in northwest Minot. It also will consider replats in Countryside Villas and Terrace Heights and will hold a hearing on zoning amendments on artificial turf and downtown wall signs. The commission will discuss the possibility of reinstating a board of adjustment and moving regular meeting times to 5:30 p.m.
