DUI/APC – 1st Offense (Class B Misdemeanor) – Jamie Lynn Trotter, 40, Killdeer, must complete a chemical dependency evaluation and victim impact panel, must abide by a no contact order, $25 of administrative-crisis center fees, $500 in fines and fees.

Dangerous Animal (Class B Misdemeanor) – Tyler James Willard – Animal is to be euthanized if its whereabouts are discovered and proof to be provided to the Court. If animal is discovered, it shall be turned over to the Minot City pound for immediate euthanasia. $25 in administrative fees-crisis center payments, $400 in fines/fees, $290 in restitution.
