Petty theft – shoplifting (Class B misdemeanor) — Laura Ann Rohrabaugh, 37, 400 18th Avenue SE, Apt. 12, complete an optional class for shoplifting offenders, $200 fines/fees, $25 administrative fees – Crisis Center payments, fine will be waived if defendant completes the class for shoplifting offenders.
Drove with a suspended or revoked driver’s license (Class B misdemeanor) — Paul Glenn Kelley Jr., 38, Garrison, complete 10 hours of community service at Project Bee within 120 days, $200 fines/fees, $25 administrative fees – Crisis Center payments, fine will be waived if defendant completes the community service by Jan. 30, also drove with a suspended or revoked driver’s license (Class B misdemeanor), complete 15 hours of community service at Project Bee within 120 days, $250 fines/fees, $25 administrative fees – Crisis Center payments, fine will be waived if defendant completes community service by Jan. 30.
