Drove while intoxicated or intoxicated while in actual physical control of a motor vehicle, second offense (Class B misdemeanor) -Naticia Marilyn Feather, 48, New Town, 10 days, credit for three days served, obtain a chemical dependency evaluation, attend victim impact panel, participate in 24/7 Sobriety Program, $1,750 fines/fees, $25 administrative fees – Crisis Center payments, also drove with a suspended or revoked driver’s license (Class B misdemeanor), four days, concurrent with sentence on DUI charge.

Simple assault (Class B misdemeanor) – Nicol Rae Hanna, 31, 2101 3rd Street NW, No. 114, $250 fines/fees, $25 administrative fees – Crisis Center payments, have no contact with victim, $250 fine will be waived if defendant completes an anger management class.

Disorderly conduct (Class B misdemeanor) – Jordan Andrew Martin, 23, 1730 13th Street SE, Apt. 205, $250 fines/fees, $25 administrative fees – Crisis Center payments.
