Domestic violence-bodily injury- second or subsequent offense (Class A misdemeanor) – Wyatt Tyler Thomas Knutson, 34, Minot, two years supervised probation, must complete a chemical dependency evaluation test, complete a domestic violence course, enroll in a domestic violence program, and have no contact with victim. Must serve 360 days in Ward County jail and pay $320 in court fees and fines.

Preventing arrest (Class A misdemeanor) – Levi Ernest Baker Jr., 24, Dunseith, must pay $320 in court fees and fines.

Driving under suspension- alcohol related (Class B misdemeanor) – Jack Alden Martin, 59, Minot, four days in Ward County jail and pay $450 in court fines and fees.

Driving under suspension- alcohol related (Class B misdemeanor) – Erica E. Goodbear, 34, Mandan, must pay $350 in court fees and fines.

DUI- .08 or greater- first offense (Class B misdemeanor) – Jet Airin York, 25, Minot, must violate no criminal laws and complete a chemical dependency evaluation, complete a victim impact program, 10 days in Ward County jail, 360 days of unsupervised probation and pay $1250 in court fees and fines.
