Easter event on April 20 at First Baptist
A free children’s Easter event will be held at First Baptist Church on Saturday, April 20 from 1 to 2:15 p.m. Children ages 3 years old to fourth-graders are invited to an Easter Eggspedition where they will discover what is in the giant Golden Easter Egg.
The kids will sing some fun Veggie Tales songs, hear the Easter story as they explore what makes the golden egg so special, and get a goodie bag. They will finish the event with an Easter egg balloon hunt.
First Baptist Church is located at 200 3rd St SW. The doors will open at 12:50 p.m. Preschoolers must be accompanied by an adult.
