Jeff Stremick was the July 2022 Realtor of the Month at Signal Realty. He is well known around Minot and the surrounding areas as an experienced commercial real estate agent.

He is the only Realtor in Minot to have a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Although he specializes in commercial real estate, he also works with an experienced residential team for residential home searching and transactions. In addition, Stremick has volunteered for Sertoma, Farm Rescue, the Minot Planning Commission, the Minot Area Chamber of Commerce, the Ward County Special Assessment Commission and the Town and Country Credit Union Board of Directors.
