CHS SunPrairie invests in agriculture
KENMARE — CHS SunPrairie board members presented Kenmare Public Schools with a $10,000 check recently to help with the construction of a new greenhouse for students. The greenhouse will be utilized by the Vo-Ag classes from 8th grade through 12th grade.
“At CHS SunPrairie it is important to us that students are interested in the agriculture industry. By helping our local schools, like Kenmare’s, to create a positive and exceptional learning environment, our hope is that the students’ interest continues past high school and develops into careers in the industry,” said Eric Moberg, board chairman, CHS SunPrairie, in a news release. “We are excited to see the greenhouse come to life next year and bring a whole new level of education and experiences for the students.”
CHS SunPrairie is a business unit of CHS Inc., a leading global agribusiness owned by farmers, ranchers and cooperatives across the United States.
