Birth of Rock ‘n’ Roll relived
… Alex Swindle, a member of the Million Dollar Quartet that performed at Norsk Hostfest Wednesday, thrilled the crowd with his impersonation of Elvis Presley. Swindle is a singer, musician, National Grand Champion and 2015 Ultimate Elvis Top Ten World Finalist from Birmingham, Ala. He brings to the stage the charged atmosphere that’s reminiscent of young Elvis in his Sun Records days of 1954. The Million Dollar Quartet has been performing in Medora and on a national tour, reliving the birth of rock ‘n’ roll in America. Photo by Richard A. Gleason.
