Architect Engineer Services

The Turtle Mountain Housing Au-

thority (TMHA), a tribally designated

housing entity, is seeking Proposals

from a qualified firm/individual to

provide architectural and engineer-

ing services for the construction of

apartment buildings (2). Please pro-

vide TMHA with a scope of included

services; fees for services; and a fee

schedule that TMHA may use to

determine costs for additional work

that it may request and/or require.

Rating criteria used to evaluate all

proposals:

Experience & background in similar

projects Up to 10 pts

Experience with Indian Housing Au-

thorities Up to 20 pts

References Up to 10 pts fees

Indian Preference for Indian Owned

Firms 15% or 7.5 pts

Indian Preference in Training, Em-

ployment and contracting statement

(To be evaluated only) 0 pts

Total Available Points 57.5 pts

All proposals must include hourly bil-

ling rates and scope of work to be

provided for design services, bid

process and construction docu-

ments, and contract oversight and

construction monitoring inspections.

Estimation of timeframes for each

project scope, including time allotted

to be on site during the construction

process.
