Regular School Board Meeting
November 5, 2020

The Regular Board Meeting was
called to order by President Rostad
at 4:00 P.M.
Superintendent Dr. Mark Vollmer
gave the board an update on CO-
VID-19 noting that we continue to
monitor isolation and quarantine
numbers. Currently we have had
157 students and 115 staff test posi-
tive. The district reintegration com-
mittee met today to review, and con-
sider revisions of, the reintegration
plan.
Moved by Gessner, seconded by
Schuler, to approve the Consent
Agenda to include the October 8,
2020, Regular Meeting and the
Financial Reports to include the Oc-
tober Accounts Payable in the
amount of $1,623,229.60.

“Yes.”
Superintendent Vollmer gave the
board a presentation on the pro-
posed revisions to the MPS Rein-
tegration Plan. Moved by Schuler,
seconded by Gessner, to approve
the revised Reintegration Plan as
presented.

“Yes.”
Moved by Gessner, seconded by
Berryman, to approve the
2020-2021 New Teacher Report
#10.
Roll Call: All members present voted
“Yes.”
Moved by Gessner, seconded by
Berryman, to approve a request for
Extended Serious Illness Leave from
Melissa Godejohn for the remainder
of the 2020-2021 school year.
Roll Call: All members present voted
“Yes.”
Moved by Schuler, seconded by
Berryman, to approve Multi-School
Compensation pay for all teachers
(including special education & oth-
ers) teaching in both platforms:
in-person and distance learning.
Roll Call: All members present voted
“Yes.”
The next regularly scheduled school
board meeting is set for December
3, 2020 at 4:00 p.m.
The Regular Meeting adjourned at
4:35 P.M.

said Judgment that the real property
described in the Mortgage dated Au-
gust 4, 2004, which Mortgagors,

delivered to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A..

Block 13, Ramstad’s Riverview
Subdivision to the City of Minot,
Ward County, North Dakota.

and recorded in the office of the
Clerk and Recorder of Ward County,
North Dakota, on August 9, 2004, In-
strument Number 2835233. Said
Mortgage was assigned to Plaintiff,
its successors or assigns, by As-
signment of Mortgage recorded Oc-
tober 4, 2017, Instrument Number
3012642.
3. In order to realize the amount of
$121,150.25, as of August 18, 2020,
plus interest accruing thereafter on
said amount at the rate of 3.28999%
per year together with the costs and
expenses of sale, will be sold sub-
ject to redemption as provided by
law as one parcel of land at public
auction, subject to the lien for unpaid
real estate taxes and assessments
of Ward County, North Dakota, and
easements and restrictions of
record, to the highest bidder for cash
under the direction of the Sheriff of
Ward County, North Dakota, at the
main entrance of the Ward County
Courthouse located at 315 SE 3rd
Street, Minot, North Dakota 58701,
on December 16, 2020 (“Sale
Date”), at 10:00 AM.
4. If the sale is set aside for reason,
the Purchaser at the sale shall be
entitled only to a return of the depo-
sit paid. The purchaser shall have
no further recourse against the Mort-
gagor, the Mortgagee or the
Mortgagee’s attorney.
