The School Board of the Maddock
School District #9 of Maddock, North
Dakota, will accept sealed bids for
OTS coal and hauling, preferably
Wyoming coal; for the 2020-2021
school term. Tonnage per trip is ap-
proximately 32-34 tons, with aver-
age of 8 trips per year. Questions
may be directed to Jack Lang at

mailed to Shannon Louder, Busi-
ness Manager, Maddock School
District #9, PO Box 398, Maddock,
ND 58348, on or before noon on
Friday, July 3rd, 2020. All properly
received bids will be forwarded to
the School Board for consideration
at its next regular meeting, July 9th,
2020. The School Board reserves
the right to reject any or all bids.

Notice is hereby given by the Lewis
and Clark Public School District
#161 that on Tuesday, June 9 2020,
an election will be held for the pur-
pose of electing two members to
serve on the school board. The po-
sitions to be filled are: (1) old North
Shore District and (1) old Berthold
District. The two positions will be
elected to serve three year terms
each. Filing is incumbent Troy Pank
for the old North Shore position and
filing for the old Berthold position is
Kyle Schepp. There will be two pol-
ling places. The polling places will
be the Plaza school and the Bert-
hold school with the Ryder and
Makoti precincts voting in Plaza.
Polls are open from 11:00 a.m. to
7:00 p.m. Absentee ballots are
available at the Berthold and North
Shore Plaza (Plaza) school offices.

Dakota hereby gives notice that a
hearing will be held Wednesday,
May 28, 2020. The hearing will be-
gin at 1:00 P.M. or as soon
thereafter as possible in the Pioneer
Room, State Capitol, 600 E.
Boulevard Ave., Bismarck, North
Dakota. Additionally, the meeting
