Mosquito spraying set for next week in Minot

The City of Minot, in conjunction with Minot Air Force Base and the Ohio Air National Guard, has scheduled aerial spraying for mosquito control in the Minot area for an evening between July 13-17, weather permitting. The city announced crews will choose the day and time of the spraying depending on weather and wind conditions to spray when mosquitoes are most active. School board reorganizes, adopts policies

Scott Louser was selected as president of the Minot School Board during a reorganizational meeting that seated new member Matt Bianco on Thursday, July 9. Lacey Laudenschlager was selected as vice president of the board. The board also adopted policies for use of therapy and service dogs in the schools and the use of animals for educational purposes.
