Wanted fugitive arrested in southwest Minot

A wanted fugitive was arrested in southwest Minot the evening of Sunday, May 10, according to the Minot Police Department. Minot Police received information from investigators with the United States Marshals Service-Seattle District who believed that an individual named Bounchanh Halsana, 33, Utah, was traveling by Amtrak to Minot.
