Outage affects portion of SE Minot

Xcel Energy reported a temporary electrical outage affecting 24 homes in southeast Minot on Sunday, Feb. 22. The outage, caused by an overhead fuse failure, started at 1 p.m and lasted about three hours, according to Xcel. All homes were reconnected after the fuse was repaired.
