Minot agent named Realtor of the Month

Jeff Stremick was named January 2022 and February 2022 Realtor of the Month back-to-back at Signal Realty. He is an experienced commercial real estate agent and the only Realtor in Minot with a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Town & Country promotes loan supervisor

Mallory Lochthowe was recently promoted at Town & Country Credit Union. As the loan servicing supervisor, Lochthowe is now leading the credit union’s consumer and business loan servicing teams across all markets. Originally from Minot, Lochthowe joined the credit union in 2011 and has held multiple positions since then. Most recently, she served as the loan servicing supervisor for consumer lending. She holds bachelor’s degrees in management, marketing and international business from Minot State University. Lochthowe is based in the credit union’s Minot main office.

Postal Service to hold job fair

The U.S. Postal Service will hold Mega Job Fairs in North Dakota on Thursday for full-time and part-time positions. The event will take place at the Minot Post Office from 2 to 6 p.m. Applications are being accepted for both driving and non-driving positions with salaries ranging from $17.32 to $24.70 per hour.
