Jeff Stremick was named January 2022 and February 2022 Realtor of the Month back-to-back at Signal Realty.

He is an experienced commercial real estate agent and the only Realtor in Minot with a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Although he specializes in commercial real estate, he also works with an experienced residential team for residential home searching and transactions.

Stremick also enjoys being involved in and serving his community. He has volunteered for Sertoma, Farm Rescue, the Minot Planning Commission, the Minot Area Chamber of Commerce, the Ward County Special Assessment Commission and the Town and Country Credit Union Board of Directors.
