Target begins store upgrade

Target Corp. is upgrading its store at Dakota Square Mall. Target hasn’t announced details yet but has stated it is pursuing a modernized design at its stores, including the store in Minot. “Target is committed to investing in the guest experience with the next generation of store design. Russia halts gas to Poland Midweek, Russia announced they would stop exporting natural gas to Poland and Bulgaria since Warsaw has refused to pay for Russian gas in rubles. By shutting off Polish gas, Germany may receive less gas which will, in turn, reduce supplies to the region in general.
