“The Great Open: Photographs from North Dakota” is on display at the Northwest Arts Center’s Walter Piehl Gallery through Saturday, Sept. 21. A culmination of a multi-year project by internationally known photographers Alex Webb and Rebecca Norris Webb, the exhibition is touring the state through the North Dakota Museum of Art’s Rural Arts Initiative. Deadline Approaches for NDFB photo contest

BISMARCK – The North Dakota Farm Bureau Promotion and Education Committee encourages participants to submit their top North Dakota photos in its annual photo contest. The deadline to enter photos is Sept. 1. This year’s contest will feature categories for animals, crops/landscape and lifestyle.
