Eileen Joan Sebelius, the daughter of Willie and Esther (Johnson) Boucher was born on May 11, 1947 in Rugby, North Dakota. She died at the age of 79 years on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at her home in rural Willow City, North Dakota under the care of her husband Harvey, caretaker Traci Casavant and hospice.
On January 13, 1973 Eileen was united in marriage to Harvey at Willow Creek Lutheran Church in Overly, North Dakota.
Eileen is survived by her husband, Harvey; daughters, Nichole Keller (Teejay Juarez) of Harris, Minnesota, Heidi (Cory) Upshaw of Anchorage, Alaska, Angela (Mark) Rowlatt of Havre, Montana, Amanda Sebelius (Darwin Brown) of Minot, Stefanie Kuehnel and her family and Suzanne Fangman and her family; grandchildren, Cody, Mikkal and Katrena Keller, Dakota Brown, Andre Upshaw and Jaxson Rowlatt; siblings, Allan (Kathy) Boucher of Minneapolis, Minnesota, James (Karolyn) Boucher of Clearwater, Minnesota, William "Bill" (Adeline) Boucher of Rockville, Minnesota, Betty (Paul) of Bartyzal of Shoreview, Minnesota and Jean Boucher of Springhill, Florida.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 23 at First Lutheran Church in Willow City with lunch and fellowship to follow at the Willow City Community Hall and burial later that afternoon in the Overly Cemetery.
